I stumbled across Wordle a long time ago while digging around the Internets for some quick-and-easy graphic tools, but I never had much chance to use it other than for my own amusement.
But while I was trying to think up a quick-and-easy feature for Local Buzz, it dawned on me: We’re always interested in the types of stories that spark discussion on MassLive, and the kinds of narrative themes that unfold over and over again in the threads, so why not visualize it?
So that’s what I did. Check it out:
